  -Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Boxair International  and use the services.
  -Service: refers to the service provided by Boxair International  as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  -You: a person or entity that is registered with Boxair International  to use the Services.

Shipping and Returns

Taxes and shipping charges
Depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to, shipping charges may be subject to sales tax.

International shipping
Duty taxes, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT) and customs fees are not included in our prices. The recipient of the merchandise is responsible for all applicable import taxes and fees. Please contact your local customs office of customs agent for further information.

Notes
The delivery estimates in our shipping rates section are provided by the following carriers: UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx. LTDV Ltd cannot guarantee delivery times in cases of carrier delays. Please contact the carrier handling your order with questions related to carrier delays.


Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Boxair International . We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Boxair International . By placing an order or making a purchase at Boxair International, you agree to the terms set forth below along with  Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the  you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have unlimited time to issue a refund and return your product.

If you would like to return a product, just follow our guidelines:

Spermax Ltd will offer a refund only if the correct return procedure is followed and terms and conditions are met.

  • The order number must be provided, and the refund will be issued only to the payment method used for placing the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, free from dirt, dust, hair, odor free, and in an unaltered, good-to-sell condition, with tags attached and packed in its original brand packaging.
  • Spermax Ltd is not liable for loss or damage sustained during transportation of return merchandise.
  • Spermax Ltd reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that we consider not fulfilling the return conditions.
  • Spermax Ltd reserves the right to reject the return and shall not give any refund for products not returned in compliance with the return conditions.
  • Spermax Ltd will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s) except the costs for shipping and insurance.
  • We will not process a return of goods purchased from third-party merchants. (In such cases, contact the third-party merchant from which you purchased the product and process the return according to their return policy.)
  • Products purchased from outlet or clearance sales are not eligible for refund.
  • All shipping and insurance fees for international returns are at the cost of the client.


Refunds

We at  ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Boxair International  is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

Boxair International  is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
